Shipping and Refunds

Product & Service Guarantee:

All stock items are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, return merchandise within 30 days for a full credit or refund. A valid receipt must accompany all returns.

Delivery:

Shipped via standard UPS Ground Service. Restriction apply due to size, weight or delivery requirements may make it necessary to ship via motor freight(F.O.B. shipping point). UPS Air Service available.

Claims:

Claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise.

Damaged, lost or short shippments:

UPS – Notify your local UPS office immediately. In addition, advise us so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers untill advised to dispose..

Motor Freight – If shippment is damaged or short, have the damage or shortage noted by the delevering carrier’s agent on receipts and freight bill.

Returns:

All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of orders(including for replacememt). Credit will not be issued for returned tools if it has been marked, altered or abused.
